IMPORTANT INFORMATION<\/strong>
\nDrivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license held for a minimum of 3 years.
\nOur fleet consists exclusively of newly registered vehicles.
\nPlease note: even with \u201csuper cover\u201d insurance included in your rate, liability for damages caused by negligence remains.<\/p>\n

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong>
\nWe accept cash, Bancomat, credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.
\nA security deposit (equal to the excess) is required and will be pre-authorized via credit or debit card.
\nIf you do not have a card enabled for pre-authorization, please contact our administration to arrange a \u20ac600 deposit in cash.<\/p>\n

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/strong>
\nTo complete the rental agreement, you must present a valid driver\u2019s license and a credit, debit, or prepaid card.
\nIf unavailable, alternative arrangements for the security deposit must be discussed in advance.
\nRental payments may be made using ATM cards, Postepay, Maestro, or similar circuits at the time of signing the contract.
\nVehicles are not permitted to leave the island.
\nNon-EU residents must present their domestic license along with an International Driving Permit, issued by their country\u2019s motor authority, prior to travel.<\/p>\n

POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES<\/strong>
\nVehicles must be returned clean and in hygienic condition.
\nAdditional charges may apply for:
\n– \u20ac15.00 charge for partial cleaning
\n– \u20ac50.00 charge for full sanitation
\nAdministrative fees of up to \u20ac30.00 may be applied for handling traffic tickets, tolls, and fines.
\nAdditional charges may apply for:
\n– Missing fuel
\n– Refueling service (if not returned with a full tank)
\n– Bank fees for refunding deposits via bank transfer<\/p>\n

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT<\/strong>
\nCustomers with supplementary insurance are still liable for damages resulting from negligence.
\nExamples include: driving under the influence, speeding, unauthorized drivers, reckless behavior, and traffic violations.
\nA written report describing the accident is required.
\nThe security deposit will be refunded after evaluation by the insurance provider.

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT<\/strong>
\nA non-refundable deposit of 30% is requested to confirm the quote.
\nThe remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup.<\/p>\n

FAST PICK-UP SERVICE<\/strong>
\nTo streamline your pick-up:
\n– Provide a mobile number and your flight information.
\n– Submit scans of your driver\u2019s license (both sides, if applicable) and ID card with full home address.
\n– Wait for our confirmation to finalize the booking.
\nThe rental fee and security deposit must be completed upon signing the contract.
